AT&T Wireless Super-Sizes Text Messaging Offer in Time for 'AMERICAN IDOL' Finale

REDMOND, Wash., May 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- In time for the final voting episode of "AMERICAN IDOL" on FOX, AT&T Wireless has introduced a super-sized text messaging package for its customers. Starting today, customers can sign-up to send 1000 text messages and receive unlimited peer-to-peer messages per month for just $19.99, in addition to their monthly calling plan.

The company introduced the newest text messaging plan in order to meet the growing demand of customers who are increasingly using text messages as a means to communicate with friends, family, colleagues, and interactive television shows.

AT&T Wireless offers a variety of monthly text messaging plans starting at $1.99 per month.
