National MENTOR Holdings, Inc. To Hold Conference Call

National MENTOR Holdings, Inc. today announced that it will hold a conference call on Friday, August 18, 2006 at 11 a.m. EDT to discuss its financial results for period April 1 to June 29, 2006. As of the close of business on June 29, 2006, management and Vestar Capital Partners acquired the Company from Madison Dearborn Partners and other stockholders.

The call will be broadcast live on National MENTOR's investor relations web site at www.tmnfinancials.com and at www.fulldisclosure.com. The user name "thenetwork" and the password "report" are required in order to access the company's investor relations web site. A rebroadcast of the call will be available on both web sites until 5 p.m. EDT on Friday, August 25, 2006.
