GovConnection Partners With Florida's Brevard County School District

GovConnection, Inc., a leading information technology (IT) solutions provider for education and government customers, today announced it has signed a five-year contract with the Brevard County School District, Florida's 10th largest school system. Brevard will standardize on high-performance, reliable, and easy-to-use IT solutions for its administrative offices and classrooms.

GovConnection, as the prime IT solutions partner to Brevard County Schools, will deliver both IT products and professional services to the district's more than 74,302 students and 4,700 teachers throughout its 100 schools. The IT solutions currently under deployment includes PC laptops and desktops from Lenovo, servers from IBM, as well as a broad array of software, accessories, and peripheral solutions. The professional services arranged through GovConnection include on-site design and installation, asset disposal, and solutions training.
