SAN JOSE, Calif., Aug. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Wyse Technology, the global leader in thin computing, today announced that the Wyse S10 Thin Client was named a VARBusiness Best Midmarket Product of the Year by CMP Media's VARBusiness magazine.
The biweekly magazine that provides strategic insight to technology integrators solicited input from information-technology (IT) vendors and solution providers to determine which products and services were best for midmarket customers -- companies with between 100 and 999 employees. Entries were considered and reviewed by VARBusiness editors who selected only 45 of the more than 350 nominated products.
Wyse S10 appears on the magazine cover and is featured and profiled in the special August 7 VARBusiness "Best of the Midmarket" issue.
"Our readers tell us that the middle market is one of the fastest-growing IT categories today," says VARBusiness Publisher Robert C. DeMarzo. "The Wyse S10 is one that best meets that segment's needs."
"It's especially gratifying that our channel partners selected the Wyse S10 for this honor," said Tarkan Maner, senior vice president of worldwide sales and marketing, Wyse. "This product is a hugely successful solution with our enterprise customers as well as the middle market, both of which demand high quality, scalable solutions that are easy to implement."
