Energy Listings and PetroSales Merge Listing and Brokerage Services; 'Companies to Form the E&P Global Network for Buyers and Sellers'

THE WOODLANDS, Texas, Aug. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Energy Listings LLC, the leading online multiple listing service for energy related assets, and PetroSales, a leading provider of oil & gas property negotiated sale services, announce an agreement to meld the two companies, and combine their buyer and seller acquisition and divestiture services under a new moniker known as "The E&P Global Network".

The E&P Global Network is designed to encompass all sectors of the petroleum industry, assisting in the building of mutually beneficial relationships between the buyers and sellers.

Under the E&P Global Network, clients may choose between "seller- controlled" property listings offered through Energy Listings, and "agent facilitated" divestment services provided by PetroSales. The company's combined buyer/seller databases will exceed 35,000 industry contacts.

David Smart, President of PetroSales has accepted the position of Managing Director of Energy Listings under the E&P Global Network. Smart says that, "Energy Listings has established itself as a transparent, unbiased listing service, providing its members direct access to deals ranging from pipeline assets to working interests and minerals, which is unique to the industry. Over 100 new users have been joining the Energy Listings network each month, and an average of 3-4 new postings are generated by sellers each week." Smart also said The E&P Global Network is currently "weighing other strategic alliances that will expand its current suite of buyer and seller services."

Tony Motto, founder of Energy Listings, will take on the responsibility of all aspects of marketing for the two companies as well as for the new E&P Global Network.
