National MENTOR Holdings, Inc. Releases Report Detailing Financial Results for the Third Fiscal Quarter And Year-to-Date Periods

National MENTOR Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") today released its quarterly report detailing its financial results for the fiscal quarter and year-to-date periods ended June 30, 2006.

The report was prepared pursuant to the Indenture, dated June 29, 2006, among the Company, the guarantors named in the Indenture and U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee, relating to the Company's 11 1/4% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2014.
