PARIS, September 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Artprice is a partner in Google's revolutionary new service "Google News archive search" that has just been launched. In the framework of the partnership agreement, Artprice has provided exclusive databases in 5 languages.
The choice of Artprice - alongside other global media giants like The Wall Street Journal, The New York Times, The Financial Times, - confirms the position of Artprice's world's leadership in art market information.
According to Thierry Ehrmann, founder of Artprice and of the Server Group, the service Google News archive search is "the best and most appropriately designed search tool to exploit high value-added databases.""In effect, this tool, conceived by Google primarily to incite internet users to buy content, is the most intuitive for browsing Artprice's meta-databases (information dating back to the 4th C.) as it is essentially based on chronological order, a key criteria for databases professionals."
Since December 2005, Artprice's R&D team has been developing specific databases to meet Google extremely demanding requirements in content and ergonomics.
As significant players in the data industry, Artprice and the Server Group consider Google to be the database of all databases. When using the new service "Google News archive search", Internet users get immediate access to unique and privileged information out of the tens of millions Artprice data, thereby facilitating the purchase of premium content by significantly reducing the time to find the information made available through the dark Internet.
