ADC Signs Greenwoods Communications as Distributor for Connectivity, Wireline and Wireless Products

MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 12, 2003--ADC (Nasdaq:ADCT www.adc.com) today announced a new distributor agreement with Greenwoods Communications, one of the UK's leading independent providers of custom-built solutions for telecom network operators and OEMs. The agreement enables Birmingham-based Greenwoods to distribute ADC's fibre and copper connectivity, wireline and wireless products throughout Europe.
