Techedge Acquires Wireless VoIP Service Provider China Quantum Communications in Share Exchange

Techedge Inc. (OTC BB: TEDG.OB) announced that it has acquired China Quantum Communications Ltd. (CQCL) through a Share Exchange Agreement, dated as of June 9, 2004.
CQCL, a Cayman Island corporation with wholly owned subsidiaries in the U.S. and China, develops and provides advanced wireless voice, data, and multimedia services to commercial and residential users in the U.S. and China.
Mr. Peter Wang, CEO of CQCL and the new Chairman & CEO of Techedge Inc., commented that, "This transaction strengthens our determination & continued focus on increasing shareholder value."
