"Innovation Technologies is the leader in providing both hospitality voice mail services and call accounting applications," said Tom McChesney, director of hospitality marketing segment, Sprint Business Solutions. "By working with Innovation Technologies, Sprint has strengthened its portfolio of services geared specifically for the hospitality industry, adding to its suite of voice, data, wireless, payphone and networking services."
The Elite and InnLine products combine voice mail, call accounting, call forwarding, automated attendant and wake-up calls into one powerful system. It turns guest phones into complete information centers that run on the property's current PBX, interface with its PMS and is capable of scaling to a converged or VoIP network in the future. Guests enjoy the benefits of ease of use of the features and properties enjoy increased productivity and profitability.
Features include:
-- Voice messaging for guests and staff, including personal greetings,
remote message access, deleted-message recovery and wake-up call setup.
-- Call forwarding to a mobile phone.
-- Call accounting in a Windows environment that integrates with the
property's PMS, supports 911 call notification and features easy-to-
read, customizable reports to help the property better understand its
call patterns.
-- Privateline, an application that assigns up to three private numbers
(phone, data and fax, for example) to a guest upon check-in. This is
particularly popular in an extended-stay environment where guests want
the privacy and cost benefit of a local phone number for the duration
of their stay.
"We are proud to partner with Sprint, and become part of their outstanding portfolio of hospitality-focused solutions," said Doug Schwartz, president for Innovation Technologies. "We're excited about the opportunity to leverage Sprint's network and wireless technologies to develop new applications for hoteliers worldwide."
Sprint can provide hotels an affordable and complete communications system, enabling guests to be connected with immediate and accessible voice, Internet and video solutions.
