Utix Group Engages Catalyst Financial Resources

Utix Group, Inc. (OTCBB:UTIX), announced that it has selected Catalyst Financial Resources to execute a comprehensive investor awareness campaign aimed at enhancing shareholder value. Catalyst Financial Resources will initiate a program which includes investor conferences, institutional targeting and equity research coverage to help promote the visibility of Lifeline Therapeutics, Inc. in the financial marketplace. The contract involves extensive use of Catalyst’s proprietary process for creating, managing and developing institutional exposure to under-followed small & micro-cap companies such as Force Protection (OTCBB:FRPT), Barrett Business Services (NASDAQ:BBSI), or Psychemedics Corp. (AMEX:PMD).

Utix was recently issued a Patent for its innovative prepaid experience platform. The patent entitled “System for Marketing Leisure Activity Services Through Pre-Paid Tickets” represents the first to issue a series of applications related to the novel “non-monetary” magnetic strip gift ticket.

The Utix System and technology application allows the holder to redeem the pre-paid ticket at participating venues for a single-use activity, such as a round-of-golf, spa treatment or admission to the movie theatre, effectively settling transactions at variable prices nationwide via the open payment network that traditionally utilizes only dollar-for-dollar payment authorizations such as stored value cash, debit and credit cards.

Utix CEO Tony Roth, stated, “We are very excited that our work over the past three years commercializing the Utix system and gift ticket processing services has validated our operating model and systems technology. The flexibility of our system allows us to not only support our own tickets but also extend the product line to major brands such as our recent cobrand and license with the PGA TOUR.”
