This week, Leadership Directories, Inc. launched a content and software upgrade to The Leadership Library(R) on the Internet. This upgrade offers clients a sleek, redesigned interface, more Congressional content, more exportable fields, more database upload options, and more customization options, including the ability to share saved searches and saved exports.
"The 2.5 release constitutes a quantum leap for this product, not only in the advanced functionality and easier access to our content, but also in the value that The Leadership Library(R) on the Internet provides for our subscribers," says Tom Fiffer, LDI's Executive Vice President.
The new release of The Leadership Library(R) on the Internet offers more Congressional content for subscribers. LDI's Washington, DC-based editorial team introduced increased biographical information for Members of Congress and Staffers, including more career background and current memberships in civic, social, or religious organizations, plus colorful maps of Congressional districts, and 5-digit zip codes mapped to Congressional districts.
Additional content improvements focused on helping subscribers organize the data they download. Information exported from The Leadership Library(R) on the Internet is often uploaded into CRM systems or proprietary databases, and data included in these systems must satisfy certain requirement to be optimal. Improvements in the upgrade of The Leadership Library(R) on the Internet include the ability to download job function and job subject designations assigned by LDI's team of editors, as well as Leadership ID(TM) -- a unique, static number assigned to each person.
Customization is key to LDI's subscribers. The upgrade of The Leadership Library(R) on the Internet includes new subscriber options, such as the ability to access previously downloaded files, the ability to share saved export formats, the ability to share saved searches, and the ability to assign specific export rights to each user.
