GuardianEdge Technologies Appoints Ram Krishnan As New Senior Vice President of Products and Marketing

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- GuardianEdge Technologies Inc., a leading provider of government and enterprise data protection software, today announced the appointment of Ram Krishnan as the company's senior vice president of products and marketing. Krishnan, who comes to GuardianEdge with recognized success in launching new ventures and creating award-winning technology solutions, will be responsible for developing and directing the company's product management, product marketing and corporate marketing strategies.

Prior to Elemental, Krishnan led the product management and product marketing functions at ValiCert, Inc. He has also held strategic marketing, business development and product leadership positions at Netscape, Intel and Hewlett-Packard.
