Flextronics Changes Time of Earnings Call on October 24, 2006 to 5:00 P.M. Eastern Time From 4:30 P.M. Eastern Time

SINGAPORE, Oct. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Flextronics today announced that it has changed the time of its upcoming Second Quarter Earnings Conference Call to 5:00 p.m. eastern time on Tuesday, October 24, 2006, from 4:30 p.m. on the same day.
The call will be broadcast via the Internet and may be accessed by logging on to the Company's Web site at http://www.flextronics.com/ . A replay of the broadcast will remain available on the Company's Web site after the call.
Minimum requirements to listen to the broadcast are Microsoft Windows Media Player software (free download at http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/default.asp ) and at least a 28.8 Kbps bandwidth connection to the internet.
