SoftTech Solutions' On-Line! Detective Helps Fujitsu Deliver Wall-to-Wall Customer Service

Detective(R), an extensive knowledge base of information related to Sun Microsystems computing environments, helps hundreds of Fujitsu Computer Systems Corporation system administrators, field technicians, and help desk personnel quickly resolve the problems their customers encounter.
