At the Emetrics Summit: The Big Picture in Washington, D.C., October 16-18, attendees will pay their last respects to a long-time business partner and dear friend, the Web Page. Today's more aggressive marketers and emerging Web 2.0 technologies are said to be contributing factors to the Web Page's demise, but the official cause of death: Chronic Irrelevance. Bryan Eisenberg, best-selling author and Chief Persuasion Officer at Future Now, Inc., will give a formal eulogy at the Emetrics Summit on Tuesday, October 17, at 2:30 p.m.

Eisenberg's forward-thinking presentation, "Waiting for your Cat to Bark? Persuading Customers When They Ignore Marketing," will focus on the industry's past mistakes and how marketer's today can avoid another "bubble burst." He will discuss techniques that marketers can use to reduce their dependence on the singular Web site, page-views and traffic acquisition and ways they can update their strategies to increase relevance to today's consumer and get better ROI and conversion rates.

Eisenberg's discussion will be just one of the many presentations at the Emetrics Summit to provide a holistic view of web analytics techniques and online marketing strategies and how they can be improved upon or optimized to increase their overall value and effectiveness. Experts from across the industries will be in attendance to learn from and network with their peers.
