iMergent to Hold First Quarter 2007 Financial Results Conference Call on November 7, 2006

iMergent, Inc. (AMEX:IIG) announced today it will hold its first quarter fiscal 2007 financial results conference call on Tuesday, November 7, 2006 at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Donald Danks, chairman and chief executive officer, Brandon Lewis, president and chief operating officer, and Robert Lewis, chief financial officer, will deliver prepared remarks and conduct a question and answer session.
The conference call will be broadcast live over the Internet at www.imergentinc.com. Please dial in five to ten minutes prior to the beginning of the call at 1:30 p.m. PT (4:30 p.m. ET).
