TPS Chooses InStranet's Contact Centers In-Line; Knowledge-Based Application Will Contribute to Improving Service Quality While Increasing Loyalty and Revenue Per Subscriber

Posted on: Thursday, 8 July 2004, 06:00 CDT

InStranet, leader in knowledge-based applications for the enterprise contact center, today announced that French satellite TV system operator, TPS, has selected its Contact Centers In-Line(TM) (CCIL) application. CCIL will allow TPS to increase customer loyalty and average revenue per subscriber, while contributing to improving service quality delivered by call center agents to TPS customers.

With these objectives in mind, TPS decided to implement CCIL, InStranet's turnkey solution that facilitates access to product, service, and procedural knowledge essential to agents to resolve calls. Furthermore, in outsourcing situations, CCIL will enable TPS to easily distribute necessary knowledge and directly impact the speed and efficiency of how content and business process information is used within the contact centers.

BT Syntegra is supporting TPS in the deployment of CCIL.
