iMedia Holdings, Inc. Acquires Internet Media Affiliates (IMA)

Posted on: Thursday, 26 October 2006, 15:00 CDT

iMedia Holdings, Inc., a privately held, Florida-based corporation, has acquired Internet Media Affiliates (IMA), a performance-based interactive network specializing in the implementation, management and optimization of affiliate programs. Internet Media Affiliates is located in El Segundo, California.

With a publisher base comprised of top-tier publishers reaching millions of opt-in consumers in a variety of verticals, IMA caters to the goals of both publishers and advertisers. IMA will continue to operate out of California but will have an affiliate marketing specialist working in the South Florida corporate headquarters of iMedia Holdings, Inc.

"IMA was an ideal fit for our company as its leadership and business philosophy parallels the leadership and philosophy of our company," states Michael E. Weinsoff, founder of iMedia Holdings and Internet Advertising Group. "We have worked with IMA and its COO, Paulina Brooks in the past and found that we shared a mutual belief regarding internet marketing. Ms. Brooks brings over seven years in affiliate marketing and is highly respected within the industry," continues Weinsoff.

iMedia Holdings, Inc. is comprised of Internet Advertising Group, an online performance-based marketing company with over 60+ categorically and demographically targeted websites and CollegeEducationWeekly.com, a premier online education site boasting relevant content, unique and exclusive tools and resources and an abundance of information on the leading online colleges and universities. The company is home to 60+ employees with fully staffed departments in marketing, sales, account management, graphic design, web development and programming.
