AT&T sues MCI over routed calls
From Associated Press, Bloomberg News and New York Times reports
Wednesday, September 3, 2003
AT&T Corp. sued MCI, seeking millions over allegations MCI routed long-distance calls through Canada in a scheme that forced AT&T to pay costly fees MCI should have paid to complete those calls. The civil fraud and racketeering suit mirrors allegations in a federal criminal investigation.
