EL DORADO HILLS, Calif. and FAIRFAX, Va., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- SAI and Rivermine today announced a strategic partnership to incorporate SAI's Web-based Sierra Gold(TM) Virtual Telemanagement System into Rivermine's telecom expense management (TEM) solution. The new product, Rivermine(R) Call Accounting, will help provide companies a greater level of visibility into their telecom environment from high-level dashboards down to the detailed call record level.
Rivermine Call Accounting enables call details such as time, duration, employee involved, department information, call cost and more to be reported and analyzed. It enables detailed cost allocation to profit centers and clients, helps limit fraudulent phone activity, boosts employee productivity through providing management oversight of phone use/misuse and can help optimize traffic and network usage. With the addition of Rivermine Call Accounting, powered by Sierra Gold, the overall Rivermine telecom expense management solution can now offer visibility into, and control over, nearly all aspects of an organization's telecom environment.
