Avnet Hall-Mark and Network Appliance Sign Distribution Agreement

TEMPE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 14, 2003--Avnet Hall-Mark, a value-added distributor of enterprise servers, storage, software and services, today announced it has entered into an agreement with Network Appliance Inc., a world leader in unified storage solutions, to distribute its enterprise storage products and services to the mid-market.
The agreement leverages Avnet Hall-Mark's expertise in the enterprise storage arena, as well as its robust sales and marketing infrastructure, to drive Network Appliance(TM) technology sales through the channel. The addition of Network Appliance products and services strengthens Avnet Hall-Mark's leadership position as a distributor in the storage market and provides resellers with a premier portfolio of enterprise storage products and solutions.
