Wyse Announces Industry's First Thin Computing Pilot in a Box for Enterprise Desktop Virtualization

SAN JOSE, Calif., Nov. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Wyse Technology, the global leader in thin computing, today announced its new "Thin Computing Pilot in a Box for Enterprise Desktop Virtualization," which provides key hardware and software components to enable enterprises to quickly evaluate the benefits of desktop virtualization and terminal services architectures.
In response to huge interest in enterprise desktop virtualization, this product bundle enables existing owners of VMware ESX to experience for themselves the benefits of the enterprise desktop virtualization approach. Enterprises can combine software and equipment they already own with this Pilot in a Box to create a 25 user managed virtual desktop environment.
