mPhase Technologies and BitBand Agree to Integrate Leading Edge Video on Demand Technology into the mPhase TV+ System

mPhase Technologies [OTCBB: XDSL] today announced that it will work with BitBand to integrate its Video On Demand technology with the mPhase TV+™ System video entertainment middleware offer it markets to broadband operators as an integrated system to support interactive IPTV services.
The combined features will provide the network operators that mPhase serves with the ability to scale their Video On Demand offers as consumers discover the convenience of ordering entertainment on demand.

The BitBand Video Delivery System for IPTV has two flexible components: the VisionTM family of video appliance-servers was designed "from the ground up" to stream true on-demand high quality rich media to end-users over IP; and the MaestroTM Content Distribution & Management Suite which enables Service Providers to manage large, geographically distributed networks of servers.
