Sean Diddy Combs' career is now in the hands of Violator Management, after the music mogul-rapper signed with the New York development company.
As part of Combs' deal with the multimedia management group and its owner, Chris Lighty, Violator Management says it will work to expand Diddy's reach and influence exponentially in music, AllHipHop.com said.
The agreement, which is reportedly still in final negotiations, comes on the heels of the recent reconnection of Combs and rapper 50 Cent, a relationship that the Web site said Lighty managed to salvage.
Other notable Violator clients include rappers Busta Rhymes, LL Cool J, Mobb Depp and the Oscar-winning rap group, Three 6 Mafia.
The Web site said Lighty and Violator will begin their efforts toward expanding Combs' musical scope by further promoting his new album, Press Play.
