PassAlong Networks and Nettwerk Music Group Release Special Barenaked Ladies Version of OnTour(R)

PassAlong Networks(TM), developer of digital media innovations, in conjunction with Nettwerk Music Group today announced a special version of OnTour(R) that allows the alternative rock band Barenaked Ladies to communicate directly with their concert-going fans.

OnTour is a service that matches fans' favorite artists with a concert database so fans "Never Miss a Concert Again!(R)" The OnTour Widget automatically searches the computer's music library and conveniently highlights relevant concerts coming to specified locations. This service provides an elegant way for fans to stay connected to their favorite artists using a simple and clean desktop interface.

The OnTour - Barenaked Ladies Edition enables Nettwerk and Barenaked Ladies management to send unique promotional offers and live concert mixes directly to users who download the special version. As of today, no special offers have been announced.

Mac(TM) and PC users can download the free OnTour - Barenaked Ladies Edition Widget from the Barenaked Ladies website (www.BNLmusic.com), from OnTour.net (www.OnTour.net/BNL) or directly from Apple (www.apple.com/downloads/dashboard).
