Achievo Selected By Vidient Systems to Support Video Software Vendor's Presence in China

SAN RAMON, Calif., Nov. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Achievo(R) Corporation, the leading global software and information technology outsourcing provider with a local front-end and China back-end service model, today announced it has signed an agreement with Vidient Systems, Inc. to provide a range of services to support Vidient's initial activities as it builds a presence in China. Among the services included are software development, quality assurance and testing services. These services will be provided through Achievo's development center in Beijing, China.

Vidient Systems is a leader in intelligent video surveillance and analytics software. Vidient's SmartCatch software converts CCTV cameras into intelligent surveillance agents that actively provide real-time situational awareness while increasing the efficiency of security and safety personnel.
