BellSouth To Join United Way of America's National Corporate Leadership Program

ATLANTA, Sept. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- BellSouth announced today that it will join United Way of America's National Corporate Leadership (NCL) program, a distinguished group of 130 companies that are leaders in corporate community caring and that raise over $900 million for United Ways each year.

Typical characteristics of NCL companies include the following: 10,000 or more employees; annual corporate and employee contributions of at least $1,000,000; locations in at least 25 United Way communities; campaign results tracking and commitment to improve the United Way program company-wide.
