Harris Corporation Introduces NetBoss XT(TM) Resource Management Solution Tailored for Today's Service-Oriented Networks

MELBOURNE, Fla., Nov. 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Harris Corporation , a leading global provider of turnkey network management systems, today introduced NetBoss XT(TM), a new resource management solution rich in the critical features vital to managing today's service-oriented networks. Flexible and based on the Common Information Model (CIM), an open industry standard, NetBoss XT(TM) is the ideal resource management solution for a broad range of industries, including telecom, IT, government, defense, broadcast, utilities, transportation and more.

These multiple-role-based products not only give customers "right-sized" implementations that match their architectural needs but also are correspondingly priced at affordable levels. Further, these configurations can be combined with the existing NetBoss Manage.IT(TM) product, to scale management architecture to fit the largest and most complex networks. In this architecture, Manage.IT complements the NetBoss XT products by acting as a manager of managers.
