NBC 5 Continues As North Texas’ News Leader
DALLAS and FORT WORTH, Texas, Nov. 30 /PRNewswire/ — KXAS / NBC 5 continues to be viewers first choice for news in Dallas – Fort Worth. Nielsen Media Research began using Local People Meters (TM) in North Texas this year. Local People Meters (TM) report daily age-specific demographic ratings — information that was previously only available several weeks after the conclusion of “sweep” periods. Advertisers are particularly interested in age demographic information, such as persons 25-54.
The November sweeps period began November 2 and ended November 29, 2006. Nielsen Media Research produces the ratings data presented. One household rating point represents approximately 23,787 area homes.
