Barrett-Jackson Auction Company Invites Media to Attend Its 36th Annual Event in Scottsdale

WHAT: A media credential application form is available online for media interested in covering the Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Event in Scottsdale Jan. 13-21, 2007.
WHERE: The credential application can be found at www.barrett-jackson.com under the media tab located on the sidebar on the left side of the homepage.
WHEN: The deadline to apply for media credentials is Friday, Dec. 29.

The Barrett-Jackson Collector Car Auction, and surrounding events, is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 13 -- Sunday, Jan. 21. The event is open to the public from Family Value Day, Monday, Jan. 15 through Sunday, Jan. 21.
A full calendar of events is available at www.barrett-jackson.com and includes two galas, a rock memorabilia auction, a lifestyle pavilion, kids and adult fashion shows, a drift track, dyno drag races and 1,200 of the world's most unique cars being auctioned off from Tuesday, Jan. 16 -- Sunday, Jan. 21. Ticket prices and event times are also available online.
Media credentials are for working media only. One representative from each media organization is responsible to apply for all media credentials, and is the responsible party to pick up the credential package. Event parking is limited. Specific information on credentials, parking and the event site plan will be delivered to the applicant once approved. Applying for credentials in no way guarantees media access to our event; each application is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. In accordance with SPEED's exclusive rights to broadcast Barrett-Jackson events, live or taped television coverage of the live auction will not be permitted.
