Telecom Communications Board of Directors Elects Guosheng Liu Chairman

NEW YORK, Aug. 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Telecom Communications, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: TCOM) the Total Solutions Provider as offering Integrated Communications Network Solutions and Internet Content Service in universal voice, video and data web and mobile communication for interactive media applications, announced today the appointment of Mr. Guosheng Liu and Ms. Lirong Liu to the Company's Board of Directors. The appointments, effective immediately, increases the size of Telecom Communications' ("TCOM's") Board to five members. TCOM's board of directors elected Guosheng Liu, 61, Chairman. Mr. Liu is former chief newsman, senior editor of People's Daily ( http://english.peopledaily.com.cn/ ) the largest official newspaper in China. He has served as a consultant to Taikang Capital Managements, and since August 16, 2004 as a Director on TCOM's board.

Mr. Liu stated, "I am pleased and honored to be named chairman of TCOM's board of directors. Having more than 35 years experience in Chinese news process and media industry in China, I believe I have a unique perspective on the company's ability to capture the opportunities that lie ahead. Telecom Communications also announced names Lirong Liu to Its Board of Directors effective on August 16, 2004. Ms. Liu has served as the chief information officer to the company since September 30th 2003.
