United American Corporation Launch AmericaIPOne'TM', the First North American IP Telecommunication Cooperative System

United American Corporation (OTCBB: UAMA), announces today that its wholly owned subsidiary Teliphone, Inc a leading Mobile Internet telephony service provider is launching the first North American IP telecommunication cooperative system.
teliphone(TM) subscribers will pay $12.95 per month to become an AmericaIPOne(TM) cooperative member, for calls anywhere in North America, as any regular local call, that is without any additional cost.
AmericaIPOne(TM) is a cooperative system, serving subscribers based on the sharing of the IP telecommunication capacity of the teliphone(TM) global network. The teliphone(TM) supervision management system has reserved an amount of IP telecommunication circuits, that will be accessible to the cooperative members. The system is currently being tested with selected users and will be available to all teliphone(TM) subscribers on September 1, 2004.
The initial switching capacity of AmericaIPOne(TM) is approximately 50 millions minutes of telecommunication throughout North America, provided and managed by United American Telecom Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary of UAC.

The teliPhone(TM) service can be used in offices and homes through high speed Internet access equipped with Wi-Fi access point, as well as in any indoor or outdoor public or private Wi-Fi covered local area networks. The service offers unlimited incoming and outgoing calls in the covered areas. Also every teliPhone(TM) to teliPhone(TM) calls are considered local free calls, wherever they are physically located in the world. Also, the voice quality of teliPhone(TM) is similar to regular telephony services.
The service is offered at a rate of $16.95 (USD/CDN), excluding the price of the teliPhone(TM) device.
Most of the optional features available on traditional residential telephones are an integral part of teliPhone(TM)'s basic service plan. In addition, many other sophisticated features are part of teliPhone(TM) basic service plan. Some of the teliPhone(TM) features are:

With FollowME(TM), if a user cannot be reached on his teliPhone(TM) then the FollowME(TM) robot will search for the user on any pre-selected phone numbers considering the priorities and routing criteria based on the time and day of the week. The user no longer needs to worry about managing various telecommunication devices such as the residential phone, work place phone, cell phone, etc. He no longer needs to manage calls forwarding between multiple phones lines. Once FollowME(TM) is configured, everything is done automatically, without any additional human intervention.
