Posted on: Thursday, 19 August 2004, 06:00 CDT

Offshore Creations, Inc. (PK:OFSC) announced today that the Company has entered into a partnership with Gwynn Group, Inc. (http://www.gwynngroup.com), a premier provider of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, to develop a business intelligence solution aimed at the beverage industry.

Under the terms of the partnership contract, Offshore Creations, Inc. will be paid $50,000 and will receive a 5% revenue share during the first 18 months on product sales. "We expect our sales for 2005 to exceed $600,000 with annual sales expected to increase by 40% per year thereafter," stated Hugh Gwynn, CEO of Gwynn Group, Inc.

SalesLogic, the sophisticated data mining solution to be co-developed by Offshore Creations and Gwynn Group, will allow suppliers in the wine and beverage industry to better monitor and analyze beverage sales. It will enable the compilation and understanding of large volumes of data, improving performance of brand sales and distribution.

According to Kenn Palm, Chairman and CEO of Offshore Creations, Inc., "Instead of suppliers spending hours searching for information, SalesLogic's data mining capability will retrieve large amounts of data for analysis. Suppliers and sales teams will be able to see at a glance which operations are performing well, and where brand activity is lagging, as well as other important information."

"This contract opens the door for Offshore Creations to enter into the explosively growing industry segment of business intelligence solutions. This is yet another area in which our software engineering expertise allows us to penetrate vertical markets with significant growth potential," added Mr. Palm.

Mr. Gwynn further commented that the potential impact of SalesLogic on the marketplace is tremendous. "The combined efforts of Gwynn Group and Offshore Creations will dramatically improve the ability for beverage suppliers and distributors to position their brands in the marketplace. I believe that the partnership of our two firms will revolutionize business intelligence for the industry."
