York Telecom, a recognized expert in complex collaborative communication solutions and services, announced today the opening of two new global offices in London, United Kingdom and Bengaluru, India as well as the creation of a new subsidiary, York Telecom Limited. This subsidiary will provide Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) support for the parent company’s extensive portfolio of global customers. The Bengaluru (formerly Bangalore), India office will support the Asia Pacific (APAC) Region.

Staffed by industry veterans, these new offices are already engaged in various engineering, project management, managed service and maintenance programs for numerous strategic global client initiatives.

“York Telecom has experienced extensive growth over the last five years, adding numerous globally diverse Fortune 500 companies to our portfolio,” said Ken Scaturro, Senior Vice President of Global Sales and Business Development of York Telecom. “These strong business partnerships were a clear indication that York Telecom was ready to expand internationally. The opening of these offices is a clear signal to our current and future customers that we are committed to supporting their collaborative communication needs both in the United States and abroad.”

“With the introduction of these new offices, the creation of our new international subsidiary and the global offices we are in the process of opening, York Telecom Corporation has become one of the few complete conferencing services providers with its own global presence,” said Ron Gaboury, President of York Telecom. “We believe the new additions to our corporate family are an asset both to York Telecom Corporation, our customers, and our investors.”

The opening of the UK and India offices follows the recent acquisition of Univisions Crimson Group, a leading audio visual integrator and the expansion of York Telecom’s locations into California, Connecticut, New York, Kentucky and Texas.

As part of the global expansion efforts, Ken Scaturro will be presenting on “Managed Services in Global Environment” as part of InfoComm Internationals’ Integrated Systems Europe (ISE) show in Amsterdam at the end of January.
