Dialog Group Reports Improved 2nd Quarter Results - Nearing Profitability

NEW YORK, Aug. 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Dialog Group Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: DLGG), a leading provider of relationship marketing communications services and targeted databases for the healthcare and financial, business markets, today reported improved 2nd quarter operating results.

According to company President and CEO, Peter V. DeCrescenzo, Dialog Group is approaching profitability as the result of a company-wide restructuring plan that began toward the end of 2003. As a result of the restructuring, revenues for the 2nd quarter were 10 percent above those earned in the 1st quarter and 2nd quarter gross profits improved 27 percent over 2004's 1st quarter.

"Because of improved gross profits, our loss before discontinued operations for the quarter was almost eliminated, reduced to $6,633 or a negligible ($0.001) per share," said DeCrescenzo. "We're very encouraged by the most recent financial results and we will continue to pursue all avenues to increase sales while reducing operating costs and cost of goods sold in both of our operating units, Healthcare Dialog and Data Dialog."
