Offshore Creations, Inc. To Exhibit at OutsourceWorld New York 2004

Offshore Creations, Inc. (PK:OFSC) announced today that they will be exhibitors at OutsourceWorld New York 2004, the outsourcing arena for TECHXNY (http://www.techxny.com).

TECHXNY, now entering its 22nd consecutive year, is the premier New York technology industry event held each fall. Over 20,000 visitors are expected to attend this week-long showcase of retailers, contractors, distributors, and Top-level decision makers from IT and CE firms.

Kenneth D. Cron, CEO of Computer Associates (NYSE:CA), will be the keynote speaker at this year's event. The event will address issues impacting today's business technology professionals.

Offshore Creations will be presenting information at the exhibit about offshore outsourcing and their capabilities in the area of Web development and graphic design services. In addition, several innovative business applications developed by the Company over the past year will be publicly introduced. DocuLoan, an innovative loan origination software package developed for the mortgage industry, and Poker Excellence, a cutting-edge online game engine, will both be highlighted at the exhibit. A live demonstration of DocuDemo, Offshore Creations' cutting-edge presentation/collaboration screen capture utility, will also be given.

TECHXNY receives heavy media coverage due to its location in New York City, with CNN, CNBC, Business Week, and the Wall Street Journal all having journalists onsite.
