What: Mike Paquette will be among a panel of the leading security experts at the 2007 RSA Conference discussing Intrusion Prevention Systems and the next generation of network security. The panel, entitled "On the Defensive: Leading IPS Vendors Discuss Enterprise Defense Session Format: Panel Discussion," will focus on how organizations can achieve effective enterprise defense against an evolving threat landscape.
Pete Lindstrom, a leading security analyst from the Burton group, will moderate a panel that will include Paquette and executives from McAfee, TippingPoint, and Juniper Networks. The participants will discuss the next generation of protection systems, why IPS is an integral part of any proactive approach to network security, and outline the requirements for effective IPS. The panel will also focus on how organizations can prepare for the next evolution of cyber threats in addition to illustrating real-world examples of Intrusion Prevention solutions in action.
