NetWolves Announces ''Partnership for Success'' Reseller Program
Posted on: Monday, 30 August 2004, 06:00 CDT
NetWolves Corp. (NASDAQ:WOLV), a global network continuity and security provider, today introduced its "Partnership for Success" Reseller Program at the Channel Partners Conference and Expo in Chicago.
NetWolves' new channel partner program enables companies that currently provide products, maintenance and support to small- and medium-sized businesses to cost-effectively develop new sources of revenue by offering a complete managed services solution. By private-labeling NetWolves' Managed Services Offering, including voice and data connectivity, NetWolves' channel partners will be able to offer their customers an extensive menu of managed services on a single custom invoice without hiring and training new staff or placing a burden on their existing resources.
NetWolves is currently conducting a pilot program with several partners, including Video Guidance, a Minneapolis-based full service provider of audio and video conferencing and bridging technologies. Earlier this year, NetWolves and Video Guidance announced mutual agent agreements, which called for NetWolves to provide Video Guidance with redundant carrier network connectivity for their bridging services.
"We look forward to expanding the scope of our partnership with NetWolves to include participating in the development of this new channel partner program," said Mike Werch, president for Video Guidance. "This program will provide a unique opportunity for interconnects and other resellers to diversify their revenue streams and compete more effectively by offering more value-added managed services."
Another participant in the pilot program, A&A Telecom Group, has provided voice and data communications solutions to the commercial and government markets for more than a decade. The company offers solutions including traditional digital telephone and voice mail systems, next generation IP PBX/Telephone systems, Networked Digital Video Solutions and LAN/WAN voice and data networks.
"A&A Telecom is an authorized dealer for some of the world's largest and most respected manufacturers of telecommunications equipment including Toshiba, Mitel Networks, March Networks, Siemens, Inter-Tel and Active Voice," said Mike Minor, partner and general Manager for A&A Telecom. "We look forward to working with NetWolves to develop their Partnership for Success program. Their approach to the development of this program indicates their dedication to meeting the needs of both their end-user customers and their partners."
"We believe that companies across the country like Video Guidance and A&A Telecom will leap at the chance to significantly increase their revenue while developing stronger relationships with their customers by offering private-labeled managed services," said Walter Groteke, chairman and chief executive officer for NetWolves. "This pilot program will enable us to closely align our program with the needs of our partners and their end-user customers. Clearly, the key to our Partnership for Success program will be providing flawless network continuity and security for the end user with the convenience of a single-source solution."
