Internet Capital Group To Announce Fourth Quarter and Year-End Results February 16th Before Market Opens

Internet Capital Group (NASDAQ:ICGE) will release the financial results for its fourth quarter and financial year ended December 31, 2006 on Friday, February 16, 2007, before the market opens.
The Company will host a conference call to discuss the fourth quarter results on Friday, February 16, 2007 at 10:00am ET. Participating on the conference call will be Walter Buckley, chairman and chief executive officer and Kirk Morgan, chief financial officer. The domestic dial-in number for the call is 877-407-8035. The international dial-in number is 201-689-8035.
The Company will also host a live web cast for the call with an attached slide presentation. To access the web cast, go to the ICG web site at http://www.internetcapital.com and click on the investor information tab and the icon for the fourth quarter conference call. Please log on to the web site approximately ten minutes prior to the call to register and download and install any necessary audio software.
