Robber Tangles With Construction Workers

Feb. 9–ARLINGTON — Pulling a gun on construction workers is probably never a good idea.

Arlington police said they believe that Daniel Wright did just that Thursday afternoon.

Wright apparently tried to stick up the workers at a construction site at Collins Street and Lamar Boulevard, adjacent to Whole Foods.

Then, he ran toward the Cypress Chase apartments, where he was arrested just before 7 p.m.

Bail was set at $15,000.
