Averox Inc. Announces Contracts With Warid Telecom International

Averox Inc. (OTCBB:AVOX) announced today that its Pakistan subsidiary, Averox Private Limited, has signed four contracts with Warid Telecom International, an Abu Dhabi-based mobile telecommunication firm providing GSM (Global Systems for Mobile Communications) telephony services in Pakistan. Averox Private Limited's Project Planning Division has been awarded contracts relating to Warid Telecom International's five stage rollout of more than 2000 BTS (Base Transceiver Stations) sites in the Northern Region of Pakistan including:

A Consultancy Agreement for Soil Investigation of Sites / Structural Stability of Buildings / Development of Structural Design and Drawings.

A Service Agreement for Site Acquisition for proposed Base Transceiver Stations (BTS) sites.

A Service Agreement for provision of Civil Construction Services on the acquired BTS sites.

A Supply Agreement for the provision and setup of equipment for the BTS sites in the form of towers, shelters and other equipment.
