Optimus Solutions Named to Microsoft's Elite National Systems Integrator Program

Posted on: Tuesday, 13 February 2007, 09:00 CST

Optimus Solutions, a comprehensive IT solution provider with specific expertise in Microsoft technologies, announces that it has been named as a Microsoft National System Integrator (NSI) Partner. Microsoft's NSI Program consists of strategic national organizations that have made significant investments to drive the Microsoft platform and application business. Acceptance into this prestigious program places Optimus Solutions into a select group of the top 50 Microsoft partners across the United States.

"It is an honor to be chosen for the NSI program," said Steve Johnson, president of Optimus Solutions. "We are proud to be recognized as one of the premier Microsoft partners in the country. This proves how committed Optimus is to delivering business value to our customers using Microsoft solutions."

The Microsoft NSI Partner Program was established for elite Microsoft partners to elevate their marketing and delivery strategies across multiple geographic and product segments. The objective of the NSI program is to increase Microsoft's focus and engagement with Optimus, which includes overall strategic planning, greater alignment with Microsoft field resources, collaborative marketing efforts, and executive sponsorship.

"Optimus has been a great asset to Manhattan Associates and key to our continued success for many years. We are continually impressed with Optimus' Microsoft development skills," said Andrew Waddell, director of enterprise applications at Manhattan Associates, Inc. "As Manhattan Associates continues to be a market leader in supply chain solutions we will look to Optimus to provide internal applications to ensure that success."

Optimus is also recognized by Microsoft as a Gold Certified Partner for expertise in Advanced Infrastructure and Networking Infrastructure Solutions. In addition, Optimus consultant Mike Gurley was among a handful of people selected for the Microsoft Certified Architect program, which validates top industry expertise in Information Technology (IT) architecture. Participants have ten or more years of experience in Information Technology with strong technical and leadership skills. Microsoft Certified architects must demonstrate how they have used multiple technologies to solve business problems and provide metrics on the success of their projects.
