Pristina-Belgrade Talks on Kosovo’s Status Start in Vienna

Consultations between Pristina and Belgrade on chief negotiator Martti Ahtisaari’s proposal on Kosovo’s status began in Vienna today.
This is the first time that the delegations from Pristina and Belgrade have met for talks since the announcement [on 2 February] of UN envoy Martti Ahtisaari’s plan.
The two sides have already announced that in Vienna they would put forward new ideas and suggestions.
Meanwhile, Ahtisaari’s Office has said that there will not be any major changes to the document. [Passage omitted - more on the proposal]
