SAN ANTONIO, Feb. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ — It’s almost March, so let the madness begin. AT&T Inc. today announced Mash-Up Madness, a program inviting fans to create college basketball videos of their favorite teams and enter for a chance to win school-specific merchandise, a laptop computer, a Samsung BlackJack phone or other prizes.

Now through March 31, 2007, fans can visit http://attblueroom.com/sports to view mash-ups and enter for a chance to win prizes. While at the site, fans can share their passion for one of 15 college teams by creating a customized video using exclusive team footage, school fight songs, team graphics and photographs. Users become producers by dragging and dropping elements to create their mash-up videos. Fans also can upload their own photos to personalize their videos.

Winning mash-ups will be determined in two rounds of online voting at attblueroom.com/sports. From March 18 through March 24, 2007, voters will select the “Sweet 15″ videos by choosing the top mash-ups supporting each school. From March 25 through March 31, online voters will select the grand prize-winning video. The producer of the winning mash-up will receive $1,500 in prizes, including $500 in school-specific merchandise and a laptop computer. Finalists representing the 15 schools will each receive a Samsung BlackJack phone.
