Gotuit Media Expands Management Team With Seasoned Executives From the Entertainment Industry and Verisign

Gotuit Media, (www.gotuit.com), a digital media platform company using its patented video-segment level metadata technology to deliver a new class of on-demand video products, today announced the expansion of its executive team to include seasoned veterans, David Leibowitz and Dan Gill. Leibowitz and Gill will be responsible for developing partnerships and driving continued adoption of the company's private label video solution for video publishers, the Gotuit Media Platform.

David Leibowitz brings nearly thirty years of experience handling key issues in business, law and policy facing the entertainment, new media, consumer electronics and information technology industries to Gotuit. Among his many endeavors, David was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA), responsible for business and legal issues facing the industry with particular emphasis on how to position the industry to utilize new physical and electronic format systems. David has also served as Chairman and co-founder of audio watermark solutions provider Verance. David will continue his role as Managing Partner for CH Potomac, a strategic services firm where he works as a senior advisor to a number of companies at the intersection of entertainment, media and technology, including Motorola, Gibson Guitar, and FAST. David has served as a senior advisor to Gotuit prior to joining the company in his current position.

Prior to joining Gotuit, Dan Gill served as the Vice President of Sales at m-Qube, now part of Verisign, and a market leader in the mobile media enablement industry providing premium content and connectivity services to more than 200 million wireless subscribers across North America. At m-Qube, Dan established the global sales strategy leading m-Qube to be named the fastest growing New England Company based on revenue and eventual acquisition by Versign. Dan has also served in senior sales and business development roles for Gryphon Networks, Inc., a privately held ASP enabling consumer privacy compliance solutions; Altio Inc., a privately held XML and Web Services Application Development Platform provider; and YankeeGroup, a leading technology analyst and consulting firm.
