Lifespan Appoints Additional Directors and Reviews Senior Network

Lifespan, Inc. (OTCBB:LSPN) is pleased to announce that Mr. Stuart Brame and Mr. Monty Ormsby have joined the Board of Directors.

Mr. Brame comes to Lifespan with extensive experience in the area of corporate development with over 25 years of marketing, corporate development and managerial experience. Mr. Brame has formerly held the position of President and Director of Harvard Scientific a biomedical public company involved in the development of many sophisticated and leading edge medical technologies. Mr. Brame was instrumental in establishing development teams, structuring the financing for the purpose of advancing those companies and designing the development model to allow the companies to achieve future growth. Mr. Brame will also assume the position of CEO currently held by Mr. Harz who will continue as CFO.

Mr. Ormsby has had a distinguished 40-year career in all areas of real estate development, marketing and sales. He has also been extensively involved in the entertainment industry and the thoroughbred racing industry and has spent the last few years working on social networking for seniors. Mr. Ormsby has recently completed the development of the "Senior Network"™.

The "Senior Network"™ comprises an Internet, entertainment, and educational solution for seniors. The Senior Network creates a platform to provide an efficient, mutually beneficial partnership between Senior consumers of health care, entertainment, travel, senior news and the businesses-payers, providers and suppliers of senior services and related companies alike-which would like to serve this age sector. Numerous elements incorporated into the Senior Network model mesh with the medical and service development plan currently being developed by the Company. In this regard Lifespan has entered into a preliminary agreement with the Senior Network Inc. to acquire a license to utilize and further develop several elements of their model to incorporate into the Lifespan program. Mr. Ormsby will be assisting with the integration of the Senior Network into the Lifespan Plan.

The Company is continuing to discuss the sale or licensing of an as yet undetermined portion of its testing and treatment intellectual property and or other elements of the program. Additionally the Company has entered into consulting agreements with Brooke Consulting Ltd. and New River Consulting Inc. both of Las Vegas Nevada, to assist the Board in determining, identifying and acquiring additional business elements for the Company.
