InfoSpace to Hold Annual Shareholder Meeting May 14, 2007

InfoSpace, Inc. (NASDAQ:INSP) today announced that it will hold its annual shareholders’ meeting at 10:00 a.m. on May 14, 2007, at the Westin Bellevue, 600 Bellevue Way NE, Bellevue, Washington.

Details of the meeting and proxy materials will be mailed to shareholders of record as of March 16, 2007.
