Posted on: Wednesday, 7 March 2007, 12:02 CST

Steve Krameisen has joined Advanced Equities Financial Corp. as the Chief Technology Officer.

Mr. Krameisen is responsible for overseeing Information Technology for all of AEFC's subsidiaries - First Allied Securities Inc., FFP Securities, Inc., Greenbook Financial Services, Inc. and Advanced Equities Inc. The AEFC companies represent nearly 1,000 independent financial advisors and professional staff located throughout the U.S.

"Mr. Krameisen joins us with significant experience in leading both Financial Services and Insurance Information Technology organizations," said Adam Antoniades, President of AEFC. "Over the years, Steve has built a tremendous reputation for delivering state-of-the-art technology solutions. We feel privileged and honored to have Steve as a member of our team," Mr. Antoniades said.

Ranked number 11 on Inc. Magazine's list of the 500 fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. in 2006, AEFC leads the financial services industry in the creation of proprietary technology systems and in the customization of third-party programs. Among the advantages that AEFC advisors enjoy are systems that allow them to create a paperless office, aggregate account data, and easily brand, customize, print, and deploy professionally designed marketing communications.

In addition to cutting-edge technology, AEFC advisors benefit from distinct products that attract high-net-worth clients, capital to expand their businesses through acquisition, and turnkey strategies that eliminate barriers to growth.

Prior to joining AEFC, Mr. Krameisen was at MetLife, where he was Vice President of Individual Business Information Technology. He was responsible for leading large-scale project implementations, supporting major operation systems, and creating point-of-sale solutions for the various distribution channels.

Mr. Krameisen spent the first 15 years of his career helping build Nathan & Lewis Securities, a distinguished independent broker/dealer, as their CIO. Mr. Krameisen is a graduate of Oswego State University.

AEFC centers on providing innovative financial opportunities and services to the high-net-worth community and delivering the most comprehensive service platform to leading financial advisors. The firm also specializes in providing late-stage private equity financing for the U.S. technology market and offers a comprehensive suite of wealth management capabilities.

Additionally, AEFC has distinguished itself by consistently attracting the industry's most productive advisors. In recent years, they have enjoyed the highest average production, per advisor, within their peer group.
