Technology Review is Recognized for Excellence and Innovation in Online Publishing With Two MPA Digital Awards

Technologyreview.com, part of the media company Technology Review, Inc., a division of MIT, was recognized in two categories in the inaugural Magazine Publishers of America (MPA) Digital Awards, which were announced at the "Magazines 24/7" digital conference in New York City. The MPA Digital Awards recognized magazine websites that showed excellence and innovation across 11 categories.

Technologyreview.com was named 1st runner-up for Best Online Video or Video Series for its "Telescope" series, an original minidocumentary series, produced by Upland Productions, that brings the impact of emerging technologies to life.

Technologyreview.com tied with Forbes.com as 2nd runner-up for Website of the Year in the Business/News category for its authoritative, ahead-of-the-curve reporting on the future of technology. "We are honored to be recognized for our website and are delighted to be in the company of Time.com, Businessweek.com, and Forbes.com as leaders in the Business/News category," said Jason Pontin, editor in chief and publisher of the Technology Review media properties.
